Update #2 New section :boxing diet

Training is very important if you want to be healthy and in good shape but it's not the only factor to get the results that you want. Eating is the other big factor and we can manipulate it as we want to change or bodyweight and bodyshape.
We're creating a new section called "boxer's kitchen" to show everyone how to eat to be a good boxer, from recipes to analyzing what we are putting inside our bodies, we will cover everything that we can.

Tldr: Good food here.
